Guest Ratings & Reviews
I found this hotel to be conveniently located within walking distance from the JR station, making it a great spot for exploring the area. The rooms were compact but surprisingly cozy, offering all the necessary amenities like robes, slippers, and toiletries, although they could use a bit more attention in terms of tidiness. The service was professional and efficient, although a bit indifferent towards early check-in requests. The dining options were satisfactory, but could be improved in terms of variety and pricing. Overall, it proved to be a decent choice for a stay.
When I arrived at the hotel, the rooms were slightly disheveled but functional, with a good size TV. They weren't very big, still too small and tiny for my liking. The service wasn't very accommodating when I needed early check-in after a long flight, almost laughing behind my back, and not friendly when overhearing English speaking guests. Despite the hotel's great location right in front of the airport bus station, it was disappointing to encounter a mud stain on the showerhead and a curtain. The dining experience was good but maybe a bit expensive compared to other nearby restaurants. The hotel offers all the usual Japanese business facilities though not far from Oita train station.
The hotel was quite spacious but lacked proper lighting in the rooms. However, it was decent with provided amenities like robes, slippers, and toiletries, along with a balcony. The value for money was reasonable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were really nice and clean, but lacked airflow unless I opened a window, resulting in a stale smell. Despite being clean and relatively spacious, the room was very hot at times. The service was a blend of efficiency and friendliness, with staff sometimes resembling robots and causing inconvenience during busy hours but overall being polite and helpful. The location was convenient, close to shopping and food options, yet lacking activities in Oita. The dining experience was good with a variety of Japanese foods at reasonable prices.
The hotel is conveniently located, close to the central area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms, although a bit small, are exceptionally clean. The service was accommodating, but some issues with lift congestion during busy hours. The dining experience is very good, especially if you're not familiar with the area.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were modern and comfortable, although the lighting could be better, and some areas needed sprucing up. The service staff were lovely and helpful, but there were instances where they seemed unwilling to accommodate requests. The location was convenient, close to the bus station and central area, although some maintenance issues were noted. The dining experience was good, but perhaps a bit pricey compared to other options in the area.
The hotel was a bit expensive due to the Rugby World Cup, but the rooms were clean. The service was mixed, with some friendly staff but slightly unfriendly behavior towards English-speaking guests. The location was good, close to Oita JR station with lots of shops around. The dining options were recommendable but slightly expensive compared to other local restaurants.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The great view from my room on the 14th floor was fantastic, but the lack of airflow meant the room smelled stale unless I opened a window. However, the rooms themselves were really nice and clean, which was a big plus. The service was a bit of a hit and miss with some language barriers and efficiency issues. The location was excellent, being close to the central area with many amenities within walking distance. My dining experience was pleasant overall with a fantastic selection of Japanese foods. The facilities were decent overall but could use some improvements.
My stay at the hotel was decent overall, with clean rooms but some issues that could be improved. The service was a mix of amateurish and friendly, and the location was convenient but had its drawbacks. The dining options were just about adequate for my taste, and the facilities had both positives and negatives.
When I arrived at the hotel, the room looked a bit bigger than the usual Japanese room in the pictures, but it turned out to be very small and not thoroughly cleaned up, slightly disheveled. The location was great, just on the edge of the central area close to the train station, but with some stains on the curtain and shower head. The dining experience was very good, offering a happy breakfast, but may be a bit expensive compared to other local restaurants. The staff was accommodating, storing our luggage during side trips, though a bit reluctant to help with early check-in after a long flight.
